Astrology Veda Services act as a marketplace that brings advice-seekers and independent, professional astrologers, ayurvedic, psychic experts, and advisors (collectively, "Advisors") together through text messages, graphics, images, or other types of communications.
The Astrology Veda Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access or use of our Services. Your access and use of our Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.
Age Restriction
Astrology Veda is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately. We collect information to provide you with the best experience when you use Astrology Veda Services. The information collected is the basic information that you directly share with us. While using our Services, you may need to:
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Password (stored in encrypted form)
Date, time, and place of birth
Profile photo (when you choose to upload one)
Camera and Photo Library Access
Our app requests access to your device camera and photo library only when you choose to upload a profile photo or a guidance image. We do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit action. Photos are stored securely on our servers and are used solely to display your profile or guidance content within the app.
Communication Data
When you communicate with Advisors through our platform, we collect and store the content of those communications (text messages and related data) to provide the consultation service. These messages are retained on our servers for the duration of your account and for a period of up to 2 years thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion.
Payment Information
When you make a purchase on our platform:
Android users: Payments are processed through Stripe. We collect transaction details such as the package purchased, amount paid, and transaction status. Your full card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
iOS users: Purchases made via our website are processed through Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).
We store only the transaction record (amount, date, package, status) necessary to manage your credit balance.
Device and Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use our Services, including:
Device identifiers (used for push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal)
App usage and screen time data (used to improve our services and generate platform analytics)
IP address and approximate location (country/region level only)
Operating system and device type

When you contact our support team, we collect the information you provide to help resolve your issue. We may keep a record of your communication to improve our services.
How We Use the Information We Collect

If you use Astrology Veda Services from a country other than where our servers are located, your communications may result in transferring your personal data across country borders. In all cases, your personal data is handled according to this Privacy Policy.
When Exalted Digital Shares Your Information
We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of Exalted Digital unless one of the following circumstances applies:
With your consent: We will share personal information outside of our company when we have your explicit consent to do so.
For external processing: We provide personal information to trusted businesses or persons, such as our Advisors, astrological content providers, and others, to process it for us based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
For legal reasons: We will share personal information if it is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following third-party services. Each has their own privacy policy governing their data practices:

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver push notifications to Android and iOS devices.
OneSignal: Used to manage and deliver push notifications. OneSignal may collect device identifiers for notification delivery. Privacy Policy: onesignal.com/privacy_policy
Stripe: Payment processing for credit purchases and subscription payments. Stripe handles all payment card data directly. Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy
Google Analytics: Used to understand app usage patterns and improve our services.
We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners to show trends about the general use of Astrology Veda Services.
If Exalted Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Credits and In-App Purchases
Astrology Veda offers one-time credit purchases. Credits are used to send messages to expert astrologers within the app (1 message = 1 credit). The number of credits included in each package is determined at the time of purchase and displayed clearly before you confirm payment.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
There are no auto-renewing subscriptions in Astrology Veda. All purchases are one-time transactions. You will never be charged automatically without your explicit action.
Android users complete purchases through a secure Stripe checkout within the app. iOS users are redirected to our website to complete payment via Stripe in the Safari browser. In both cases, your credit balance is updated on our servers and reflected in the app.
What Information You Share
Astrology Veda Services let you share information with Advisors during consultations. We provide you with different options on how you can share your content and strive to ensure you have control over your sharing preferences. Information shared during a consultation session is visible to the Advisor you are consulting with and is stored securely on our servers.
How You Can Access, Update, and Delete Your Information
You have control over the information we collect. Whenever you use our Services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information.
Access and Update
You can review and update your account information directly within the app by navigating to your Profile section. You may update your name, email, phone number, birth details, and profile photo at any time.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly within the app. We offer two options:
Deactivate Account (Soft Delete): Your account is deactivated for 30 days. During this period, you can recover your account by logging back in. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Delete Permanently: Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
To delete your account, go to: Profile > Delete Account within the app. Alternatively, you may contact us at info@exalted-digital.nl to request account deletion.
Please note: After deletion, we may retain certain information as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), for a period not exceeding 90 days.
How We Protect Your Personal Data
We work hard to protect Astrology Veda and our users from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of the information we hold. We follow accepted standards to store and protect the personal data we collect, including applying encryption where appropriate.
We limit access to your personal information to Exalted Digital employees and contractors who need your information to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be terminated if they fail to comply.
All data transmission between our app and servers uses HTTPS encryption. Payment data is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
Your Rights Under GDPR (European Users)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, European data protection law (GDPR) applies to the processing of your personal data. You have the following rights:
Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Exalted Digital acts as the data controller for personal data collected through Astrology Veda Services. Our registered address is available upon request.
When the Privacy Policy Applies
Our Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Exalted Digital under the Astrology Veda brand, including our applications available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and our website.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search results, sites that may include Astrology Veda Services, or other sites linked from our Services.
Cookies
Our website (admin-astro-veda.itworldtech.nl) may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and to analyze website traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of our website.
Our mobile applications do not use cookies but may use similar technologies such as device identifiers and local storage for authentication and session management.
Our Rights to Change the Privacy Policy
Exalted Digital reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The amendments will be effective upon the posting of the updated Privacy Policy on our Services. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Without your consent, we will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy. Your continued access or use of our Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the amended Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updates, please stop using Astrology Veda Services and delete your account.
